The Artificial Photography series presents images unattainable in the real world. By multiplying, superimposing semi-transparent images captured on photographic film, the artist stresses the artificiality of the language of the photographic medium. As Andrzej Sapij wrote in the catalogue of one of Natalia LL`s exhibitions (1976): "The art of Natalia LL is a movement, an evolution of self-escalating artificiality".
